The following are the estimated processing and delivery times. We strive to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently. Please keep in mind that our dedicated team works with care and attention, but occasional delays may occur.
Processing
Order processing is conducted during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day (Monday through Friday).
Shipping
We currently ship within United States. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Although USPS provides estimated delivery times of 2-4 business days for domestic shipping, they do not guarantee these times. If a package cannot be delivered due to an error in the shipping address provided, usahoneyroyal.com is not responsible for any additional fees for rerouting or reshipping.
To accommodate your needs, we offer the following shipping options:

Handling time: 1-2 Day (Monday – Friday)
Transit time period
- Free Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri) using USPS or UPS SurePost, with a minimum order amount of $50.
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for $5.99.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri) for $11.99.
Note: Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Change of Address
Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] .
Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipments to multiple addresses within a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders at [email protected].
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with resending the product.
Delays
In the rare event of a delay, we will contact you if your order is delayed for more than 10 business days.
Shipment processing time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday ). The transit time is approximately 5-8 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to USPS or UPS. For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please reject it upon delivery if possible, and contact customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
