If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please email us at [email protected] with your order number for prompt assistance. We will cover return shipping costs and rectify the issue at no additional expense.
Not Satisfied With Your Product?
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it in original condition within 30 days of shipment. We are happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Please ensure items are unused and in original packaging. For used items, we encourage you to contact us prior to return for optimal service.
For defective or shipping-damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, using the carrier of their choice.
In some cases, we may require a video or photo of the defective product to process a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
